Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR, payroll processing, absence management, self-service, and performance management, with hands-on experience in solution design, system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM & Payroll modules within Oracle EBS.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide best-practice solutions for HR and Payroll processes.
• Configure Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management modules.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Develop Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, and Custom Reports to meet client-specific requirements.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure system adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end support for HR and payroll processes.
