About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM solutions to ensure seamless HR operations and actionable insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, and other HR modules.
• Build and optimize OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports to support business requirements and decision-making.
• Work closely with HR and technical teams to understand requirements, gather data needs, and deliver accurate reporting solutions.
• Support HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, etc.) with focus on reporting and integrations.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in extracts, BI reports, and integrations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
