Job description

Skills : Oracle HCM Payroll, Talent, Time & labor

Level : Sr. : 6-8 Years

Shift Time : 11 am to 8 pm IST

Work Mode : : Skills : SME in any of the Skills :

  • Oracle functional- look for candidate who has worked on either Oracle functional-Talent or Oracle Functional-Payroll or Oracle Functional- Time & Labour

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in either of the following modules Any one following modules :

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & End to end Implementation.
  • Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes
  • Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
  • Ability to build / review functional design specification documents
  • Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
  • Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  • Has worked with small and large teams
  • Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
