Job Title : Oracle HCM Core Support.

Work Hours : Flexible, with required overlap for US Central Time (CST) collaboration.
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive HCM Functional Support Analyst to join our global HR technology team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for providing functional support and maintenance for our core HCM platform.
You will ensure the stability, accuracy, and efficient operation of critical HR modules, directly impacting the employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 functional support for the HCM system, investigating and resolving issues related to Security, Core HR, Absence Management, and Organizational structures.
- Manage and troubleshoot configuration for modules including Geographies, Grade, Position Management, and Person Number Generation.
- Maintain and update AOR (Area of Responsibility) templates and security profiles.
- Support the Absence Management module, including policy configuration and leave accrual calculations.
- Collaborate with HR partners and IT teams in the US to analyze issues, design solutions, and implement fixes.
- Document processes, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the support team.
- Perform routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) :
3+ years of hands-on functional support or administration experience with a major HCM platform (Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday).Proven expertise in supporting at least three of the following modules : Security, Core HR, Absence Management, Organizational Management (Positions, Geographies, Grades).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely ticket resolution.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a global user base.Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.Flexibility to work hours that overlap with the US Central Time zone.Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have) :
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desirable.Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.Experience in a similar support role for a US-based client or entity.(ref : hirist.tech)
