About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the first voice and point of contact for potential customers who discover RINGS & I through our website, performance marketing campaigns or other channels.
This role is crucial in building trust, answering queries and guiding potential customers to visit our studios in Pune and Mumbai , where the in-store team will further assist them and drive conversions.
The CRM will play a key role in establishing a warm, personal connection with every lead, ensuring they feel heard, understood and encouraged to experience our unique concept first-hand at the store.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Attend and manage inbound calls from potential leads who reach out via website, ads or marketing channels.
- Make proactive outbound calls to follow up with leads who have shown interest.
- Maintain an updated database / CRM tool with detailed records of all conversations and lead status.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer queries, resolve them with clarity and provide accurate information about the brand, stores and offerings.Establish a warm and trustworthy relationship with each caller.Influence and guide potential leads to visit the nearest RINGS & I Studio for a personalized in-store experience.Store Coordination
Share lead details and context with respective studio teams to ensure smooth handover.Coordinate with store teams to track lead conversions and feedback.Process & Reporting
Track lead conversion funnel (enquiry → call → store visit → conversion).Prepare and share weekly / monthly reports on lead handling, follow-ups and conversion performance.Suggest improvements in lead handling scripts, FAQs and customer touch-points.Key Skills & Qualities
Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and local languages will be an advantage).Strong listening ability and empathetic approach to customer interaction.Confident, persuasive and able to handle objections smoothly.Organized with good data management and reporting skills.Proactive and self-driven with the ability to follow processes.Prior experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales or CRM roles preferred (Jewellery / Retail / Luxury segment is a plus).Qualifications & Experience
Post-graduate in any stream (Business / Marketing preferred).5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or lead management.Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking systems or customer databases is desirable.Why Join Us
