Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for products such as Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and SIPs to existing customers.
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote and sell financial products such as :
- Heath & Motor Insurance
- Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial products through effective cross-selling techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct financial planning sessions with clients to understand their goals and offer tailored investment solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any product-related queries.
- Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
