Responsibilities :
- Direct Field Sales (B2C) : Take full responsibility for direct sales activities (Field Sales) at prospect sites, focusing on B2C sales within the PAN Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Western, Central, and Harbor areas.
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting : Proactively generate and source prospects, including through cold calling in the open market, and effectively schedule appointments for sales meetings.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle : Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and appointment scheduling to personally meeting prospects and successfully closing sales.
- Effective Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations directly to prospects at their location.
- Diverse Sales Channels Management : Handle and optimize various sales channels, including direct meetings, exhibition sales, and web-generated leads.
- Referral Program Management : Actively manage and leverage Happy Family Reference Programmes (HFRP) to generate new leads and sales.
- Customer Issue Resolution : Effectively handle and resolve customer issues and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Direct Sales : Excel in a Customer Direct Sales Officer (CDSO) profile, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with prospects and customers.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in direct B2C field sales, preferably in membership or policy-kind sales.Strong ability to generate leads through cold calling and open market strategies.Proficiency in scheduling and conducting sales appointments.Excellent presentation skills for effective delivery of sales pitches.Capability to manage diverse sales channels (direct meetings, exhibitions, web leads).Ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.Strong interpersonal relations skills.Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills (English proficiency highly preferred).Highly enthusiastic, diligent, and committed to long-term engagement.Strong decision-making abilities.Possesses a 'Go Getter' attitude.Skills Required
