About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) to lead client relationships, oversee recruitment delivery, and ensure seamless execution across key accounts. This role is critical in managing the Hyderabad operations for one of our premier clients and ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on hiring requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and adherence to SLAs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance, productivity, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely closures, and proactive issue resolution.
- Track and report performance metrics such as fill rates, turnaround time, and client satisfaction scores.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business needs, industry trends, and talent landscape.
- Represent Talent Worx professionally in all client interactions, ensuring consistent brand and service experience.
Requirements :
6+ years of experience in client management, recruitment delivery, or talent acquisition (preferably in RPO, staffing, or consulting environments).Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring mandates and key client relationships.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high attention to detail.Proficient in recruitment tools, CRMs, and analytics dashboards.What We Offer :
