What you will work on :
- Take ownership of the vertical, managing it end-to-end, from strategy to execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for growth, profitability, and scalability
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the vertical&aposs reach
- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
- Provide direction, set goals, and ensure the team delivers on KPIs and business objectives
- Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business
from them
Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clientsManage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporatesRepresent the vertical in senior leadership meetings, providing insights and updates on performanceThe ideal candidate :
8+ years of experience in business development, vertical management, team managementGood understanding of Financial Products and CreditStrong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to dynamic business environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsQualification and Experience :
