Key Accounts Manager Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international retail accounts.
Manage the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to on-time delivery.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, QA, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
Provide regular updates to clients and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with international standards (quality, audits, packaging, and documentation).
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new accounts.
Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in managing key international retail accounts.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of cookware manufacturing processes and global compliance standards.
Expertise in export merchandising, order execution, and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP / SAP.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced international Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
10 to 12 years of relevant experience in key account management / export business (preferably cookware, kitchenware, or home category).
Prior experience in handling large-format international retailers is mandatory.
