Job description

Key Accounts Manager Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international retail accounts.

  • Manage the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, QA, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (quality, audits, packaging, and documentation).
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support Skills & Competencies :
  • Proven experience in managing key international retail accounts.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cookware manufacturing processes and global compliance standards.
  • Expertise in export merchandising, order execution, and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP / SAP.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced international Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in key account management / export business (preferably cookware, kitchenware, or home category).
  • Prior experience in handling large-format international retailers is mandatory.
