Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients. This role requires a strong ability to understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, acting as a strategic partner to help them achieve their business goals while also contributing to our company's

growth.

Key Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of their business.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and challenges.

Account Growth & Strategy :

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand product / service adoption within existing accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present new products or services to key clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status.
  • Collaboration & Communication :

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless
  • client experience.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-level executives.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

    Core Experience :

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Professional Attributes :

  • A demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts and achieve growth targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
