Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients. This role requires a strong ability to understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, acting as a strategic partner to help them achieve their business goals while also contributing to our company's
growth.
Key Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of their business.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and challenges.
Account Growth & Strategy :
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand product / service adoption within existing accounts.Identify new business opportunities and present new products or services to key clients.Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status.Collaboration & Communication :
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamlessclient experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-level executives.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Experience :
2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.Professional Attributes :
