Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Bengaluru. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining call records, achieving call targets, and participating in training programs. The Telecalling Executive will also coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Previous telecalling or call center experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and regional languages is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor&aposs degree is preferred
