#We are hiring for Corporate Sales positions with a leading Insurance Broking company in Mumbai Location#

Profile- #Corporate Sales (AM / DM)

Based- Location- Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for group insurance and employee benefits solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Life, Group Mediclaim, etc.).

Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes, renewals, and claim support.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the employee benefits vertical.

Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

3–8 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales , preferably in insurance broking or employee benefits .

Strong understanding of group insurance products and employee benefit programs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
