Senior Manager Sales & Marketing ( Forging )

We are a leading, well-established forging company with a robust 1000 Tons monthly capacity, specializing in Open-Die, Closed-Die, Upsetting, Bending, and Value-Added Heat Treatment . Due to market shifts, our facility is currently operating at 50% capacity , presenting a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for an ambitious Sales leader.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Manager Sales & Marketing to aggressively grow our market share, diversify our customer base, and bring our facility back to full utilization. If you thrive on turning unused capacity into profit and have deep domain knowledge of the forging supply chain, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Utilization : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed 100% utilization of our 1000 Ton monthly forging capacity.

New Business Development : Identify, target, and secure new accounts in high-value sectors such as Oil & Gas, Automobile, Heavy Machinery, Aerospace, and Renewable Energy, Railways, etc .

Market Strategy : Conduct thorough market analysis, track competitor activities, and position our full range of forgings (Open-die and Closed-die) to maximize profitability.

Quoting & Negotiation : Manage the entire sales cycle, from technical quote preparation and cost estimation to contract negotiation and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of progressive Sales and Marketing experience specifically within the Forging industry (or closely related heavy manufacturing, e.g., machining of forgings).

Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of forging processes, including the commercial applications.

Track Record : Proven ability to penetrate new markets.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration is preferred.
