What you will be doing :
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests, enter group rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system, reconfirmation of arrivals for the two day and ensuring
- No-show are negligible, ensuring guest call are answe'red as per SOP and focusing on direct call conversion. Eventually handling emails and department over weekend.
- LQA score to be 90 plus at current workplace and the same benchmark for SMBKC.
- Should be a team player and be open to learning and adapting to the changes.
