Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Counseling and Engagement :
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries efficiently.Counsel students and professionals about IRM examinations and enterprise risk management.Provide accurate and passionate information about the Institute to inspire confidence in the program.Interact with clients through workshops and group sessions.Admissions Support :
Manage admission inquiries and ensure the admission process is seamless, including explaining procedures, curriculum, and fee structures.Guide students through the fees structure and admission procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed.Follow up with students to meet enrollment deadlines.Communication and Coordination :
Handle general inquiries and provide detailed information about the IRM curriculum.Effectively communicate over emails and phone calls.Strategize and analyze market trends to support business development initiatives.Collaborate with the marketing department to promote programs effectively.Administrative and CRM Management :
Maintain and update the CRM software, ensuring all inquiries and follow-ups are logged accurately.Prepare MIS reports related to inquiries and provide regular feedback to the department head.Learn to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet targets set by the Head of Department.Qualifications and Experience :
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support is preferred.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to ideate and execute new sales and business development strategies.This role requires an individual with a dynamic personality and a passion for student engagement.
