Guest Welcome & Engagement

  • Review daily guest arrival lists and ensure a warm, personalized welcome
  • Prepare welcome kits and relevant materials such as brochures, area information, and service details
  • Assist with guest needs proactively, including handling travel arrangements and message delivery

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Build rapport with guests and prospective customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Address customer concerns or requirements promptly and professionally
  • Ensure high standards of customer service aligned with hospitality and real estate norms
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain clear and effective communication—both verbal and written—with guests, team members, and internal departments
  • Coordinate with sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth visitor handling and documentation
  • Organizational & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain organized records of guest interactions and feedback
  • Ensure readiness of guest areas, including cleanliness and availability of materials
  • Support the sales team in managing appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Professional Attributes

  • Must be customer-oriented with a deep understanding of hospitality and service standards
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities are essential
