Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Assist with check-in, check-out procedures, and room or registration assignments
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Provide information on services, facilities, local attractions, and travel directions
- Maintain accurate guest records and document preferences, issues, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., leadership, F&B) to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle special guest requests, including reservations, transportation, and events
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support VIP services with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
