Job Description :
- Review guest arrival lists and ensure a warm, personalized welcome to all guests.
- Assist in preparing welcome folders and kits including materials such as room service menus, property brochures, and area information.
- Build rapport with guests by anticipating their needs and providing assistance with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements or taking messages.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and timely resolution of any service issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hospitality service standards and ensure consistent adherence to them.
- Provide accurate information regarding the property, amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values while delivering exceptional guest service.
