Job role and responsibilities -
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle walk-in inquiries regarding real estate projects and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Assist the sales and administrative teams with data entry, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain visitor logs and records for security purposes.
- Ensure all calls and messages are promptly and accurately relayed.
- Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day office management tasks.
