We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. • Manage day-to-day communication and address client queries promptly.
• Support in creating proposals, presentations, and reports as per client needs.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and handling escalations effectively.
• Maintain client satisfaction by regularly gathering feedback and improving service levels.
