We are looking to recruit this position for our client ibs fulcro , a leading digital marketing agency that helps clients build their brand and achieve their business goals through innovative and tech-driven marketing strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive with 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Work with agency principal and clients on execution as well as strategic positioning and planning.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns on their respective brands.
  • Oversee and execute miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the accounts.
  • Coordinate with teams internally like content, design, media & more to oversee execution.
  • Overlooking of billing for their respective clients.
  • Strategize and execute go to market plans across the digital ecosystem which would include strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget.
  • Participate in pitch presentations and meetings as and when there is a pitch.
  • Actively present ideas to expand service offering.
  • Being a team player and mentoring young team of executives, copywriters, and designers.
  • May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and digital marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
  • Strong, demonstrated understanding of client servicing.
  • Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.
  • Should understand the latest trends on social media and their role within a commercial environment.
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadline.
  • Should have good presentation skills and should be able to work independently as well as by being a part of a team.
  • Should be able to maintain and thus build a professional relationship with clients, vendors, etc.
