Job Responsibilities : - as Client Servicing Executive

Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to effectively communicate them to internal teams.

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, objectives, and timelines.

Brief internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) on client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to clients regularly.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables.

Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Address issues and resolving conflicts that may arise during projects.

Handle client complaints and working towards effective solutions.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.

Office Details below :

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Location : Malad (West) , Mumbai.

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs
