Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and delivering successful events and solutions. Daily tasks include client communication, project management, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Finance and project management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus
