Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Inside Sales Executive to join our Exhibitions & Events team. The role involves generating leads, engaging potential exhibitors / participants over calls, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and participants to promote upcoming exhibitions.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide detailed event information.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into confirmed exhibitors / sponsors through consistent follow-ups.
- Explain event benefits, booth packages, and participation details clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate call logs, lead status, and client information.
- Coordinate with the sales & operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of exhibitors.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field .1–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (preferably in exhibitions, events, or B2B sales).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication .Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior experience in exhibition or event industry .Knowledge of B2B sales process and lead generation techniques.Multilingual abilities (English + regional languages).What We Offer
