Telecaller Female

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Telecaller with a strong background in Solar  to join our sales team in Velachery, Chennai . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience , excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert quality leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings in the solar  domains.
• Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products / solutions.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
• Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM tools regularly.
• Build strong client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.
