Key Responsibilities :

• Call and counsel students and working professionals about training programs.
• Explain course details clearly and persuasively.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.
• Maintain follow-up with interested leads through phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to enhance the student experience.
