Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospects
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
