We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to analyze client data and provide insights for improvement.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Education
