We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
