Role Overview
The L&D Executive is responsible for implementing learning initiatives, managing training operations, and supporting employee development programs across the organization. This role ensures that training needs are identified, programs are effectively delivered, and employees are equipped with the right skills to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer end-to-end learning programs, including scheduling, nominations, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Partner with business stakeholders and HRBPs to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Support the design and rollout of learning calendars, training sessions, workshops and e-learning initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external trainers or institutes.
- Track, monitor and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and impact analysis.
- Maintain and update training records, MIS and dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, leadership development, functional and behavioral training programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through innovative initiatives (LMS, micro-learning, knowledge sharing, etc.).
- Assist in budget tracking and compliance with L&D policies and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master s preferred).1 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR roles.Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact and ROI.Creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences.Key Competencies
