Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Learning Experience System (360Learning), including user management, content management, course creation, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or support teams for resolution.
- Generate reports, conduct analytics, and provide user support.
- Collect feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement policies and procedures and maintain documentation regarding system setup and maintenance.
- Support L&D projects and initiatives such as onboarding, skills management, and training needs analysis.
- Organize or provide training for LMS users.
- Assist in launching and promoting L&D and Blended Learning initiatives internally and externally.
