About the role : Learning Consulting (LC) team works closely with our customers and enables them to find the best solution for their learning needs. This includes deeply partnering with various stakeholders and supporting their journey on the marketplace platform, throughout the lifecycle of learning and development, i.e. from Needs Identification (TNA / TNI), Solutioning, Finalization.

The team comprises category-specific LCs who specialize in one or more categories from below list :
