Role : US Business Development Executive (Night Shift) On-site India
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound activities (cold calls targeted emails LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads and secure appointments with US-based prospects.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT-style criteria and move opportunities through the sales pipeline to handover or closure.
- Maintain accurate timely CRM records (contact data call notes next steps opportunities) and update pipeline forecasts weekly.
- Hit and exceed individual KPI targets (calls meetings conversion rates) and participate in incentive-driven sales campaigns.
- Handle objections negotiate meeting commitments and close appointment-setting or opportunity advancement with decision-makers across US time zones.
- Collaborate with US sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs timely follow-ups and continuous improvement of outreach plays.
