Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads to identify potential clients, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and delivering impactful presentations to showcase Bhanzu's offerings. The Business Development Associate plays a key role in initiating and fostering client relationships, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's growth by achieving targets and expanding clientele.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations
• Strong abilities in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for education and eagerness to contribute to student development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous
