We are hiring an on-site Business Development Associate to join a high-energy sales team responsible for generating pipeline, closing institutional and individual partnerships, and accelerating growth across target markets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new institutional and individual leads (B2B and B2C) through cold calling, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, campus outreach, and referral channels to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Manage CRM records and sales activities—log interactions, update opportunity stages, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce / HubSpot; support sales operations and reporting.
- Book and conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs-assessment meetings with prospective partners (colleges, corporates, training centers, enterprise accounts) and escalate opportunities to senior sales when needed.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, commercial quotes, and RFP responses; support contract negotiation and closure to meet monthly and quarterly quota targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to convert inbound leads, pilots, referral opportunities, and channel leads into signed contracts.
- Track and analyze KPIs (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, average deal size, win rate) and report insights to refine territory strategy, outreach playbooks, and demand-generation tactics.
- Actively contribute to process improvements, playbook creation, and knowledge sharing to scale repeatable sales motions across regions and segments.
Qualifications & Skills

Required (Must-have)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates with strong B2B / B2C sales internships are welcome.Proven track record of meeting quota and driving end-to-end sales cycles (demonstrable outcomes or metrics preferred).Experience using CRMs and managing pipeline (Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferred among required skills).Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools for outbound outreach.Practical skills in cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and sales pipeline management.Available for full-time, on-site work across selected Indian offices.Preferred (Nice-to-have)
1-3 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, technology, or B2B outbound roles.Experience in SaaS sales, enterprise selling motions, channel partnerships, or institutional partnerships (colleges, corporates, training centers).Comfort with Google Sheets or equivalent for tracking and reporting; ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proposal drafting, commercial negotiation experience, and familiarity with contract processes.Previous success converting institutional partnerships, managing accounts, or driving large-scale outreach campaigns is a plus.Benefits & Culture Highlights
