Job description

What can you expect

  • Preparation, review and finalization of accounts, HMRC returns, NAIC returns, BMA statutory filing for relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop technical skills of the new hires in the team
  • Provide inputs to the Manager for specific training needs of the team members
  • Conduct regular refreshers in order to bridge the knowledge gap and also update the team on recent changes in the policies / procedures and devise ways to ensure retention of information by the team members

We will count on you to :

  • Take end to end responsibility of delivery and review of the work done by the analysts and the junior team members.
  • Take accountability of moving all the legacy accounts in the new Captives Accounting platform (GCMS)
  • Take on additional clients within the existing bandwidth
  • What you need to have :

  • Chartered Accountant or relevant Accounting degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in finalization of accounts
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Prior experience in working in Captives Accounting
  • What makes you stand out

  • Diploma in IFRS
  • Prior working experience in Insurance Sector
