An ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a clear growth trajectory from Developer to Project Manager, now poised to take on strategic Account Management responsibilities.

  • Be the trusted partner for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement
  • Lead project financials, resource allocation, and delivery excellence
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ensure seamless program execution in line with client expectations
  • Lead and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Support vendor engagement and contract negotiations
  • Track progress and performance using MSP and related tools
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 12 to 18 years Experience
  • End-to-end project / program management expertise
  • Customer relationship and stakeholder management
  • Project cost, profitability, and effort / schedule variance tracking
  • Team utilization planning and cross-functional leadership
  • Vendor and procurement oversight
  • Proficiency with MSP tools (PMP certification preferred)
  • Strong mentoring, leadership, and independent decision-making abilities
