Role Overview :
- We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join our growing global partnerships team. The ideal candidate is either :
- A fresher or recent grad with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of data, analytics, and user behavior, or
- An experienced AM (2+ years) who has worked with gaming advertisers , understands ROAS, ROI, and can translate data into strategic action.
- This is a hybrid role blending relationship management, campaign performance, and strategic thinking to help our partners grow.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day communication with gaming advertiser clients.Monitor campaign performance metrics : ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI.Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and drive results.Build and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data) to resolve issues and optimize campaigns.Assist with upselling and educating clients on our capabilities and best practices.What We're Looking For :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're proactive, responsive, and clear.Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and patterns.Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets; bonus for knowledge of Looker / Tableau / SQL.Deep curiosity about the mobile gaming space.Experience with mobile performance metrics is a strong plus.For experienced candidates : proven understanding of ROAS, ROI, campaign optimization in gaming or UA.Skills Required
