Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of quality analysts to ensure high standards of product quality.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on quality-related practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
