- 1+ years as Team Leader on paper
- PAN India Domestic Based Process
- Background : BPO Experience
- Shift Window : 10am-7pm
- Weekoff : Any 1 day Rotational off
- Experience Target : Experience in handling team; have managed clients; hands on excel and people management skills
- Skills : Good communication skills; Excel knowledge ; People management ; Leadership skills; Quick Learner; Adaptability, handled attrition & shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, BQM
- Education : HSC / Grad
- Work Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Rupa Solitaire / millennium business park)
