Locations : Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali (1 Team Lead for each location)

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role : We are looking for dynamic Team Leads to supervise and coordinate field teams for a government survey project in Mumbai.

Each Team Lead will be responsible for managing surveyors in their respective location, ensuring smooth operations, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide the field team in the assigned location (Goregaon / Malad / Kandivali).
• Ensure daily survey targets and project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor team performance and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Compile and submit reports to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
• Maintain discipline, accuracy, and quality of survey data.
