Finance Head – Growth Stage Business

We are seeking an experienced and mature Finance Head to lead the finance function for a fast-growing mid-sized business. The role goes beyond accounting and compliance – you will be responsible for cash flow , MIS, budgeting, controls, and strategic financial support to the leadership team .

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial management – cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, forecasting.
• Deliver accurate MIS and analysis on time, with actionable insights.
• Manage audits, taxation, and compliance with complete reliability.
• Lead the finance team and manage external consultants, banks, and auditors.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models aligned to business growth.
• Support fundraising, banking negotiations, and investment planning.
• Build a culture of discipline, transparency, and accountability in finance.
