Business Head- LAP (Small Ticket)

Job descriptionLead end-to-end LAP business operations across cross-functional teams Manage sourcing, channel governance, and co-lending partnerships Optimize credit processes to improve TAT, approvals, and customer experience Represent LAP strategy in leadership forums and align with CXOs
Key Deliverables :
- Launch and scale small-ticket LAP business across 25–30 cities
- Drive GTM strategy and channel expansion including DSAs and digital avenues
- Own P&L and ensure risk-adjusted portfolio performance
- Build and implement risk, credit, and underwriting frameworks for informal borrowers
