Job Title : Business Head (Growth & Strategy)

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 15+ years

Reporting To : Founder & CEO

Function : Business Leadership & Scale

Role Summary :

The Business Head will be responsible for owning the overall business scale-up - including revenue growth, GTM strategy, enterprise partnerships, customer success alignment, hiring, organization structure, and operational processes.

You will work closely with the CEO

This role is ideal for :

Senior leaders with cross-functional business experience, or Former startup founders who understand how to build, scale, and operate end-to-end functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute long-term business strategy, expansion roadmap and revenue targets.
  • Translate founder vision into measurable plans across sales, partnerships, product and operations.
  • Identify new market opportunities, geographies, and customer segments.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own revenue P&L, pipeline planning, forecasting and execution.
  • Design and optimize GTM strategy including pricing, packaging, sales channels and funnel management.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the sales & business development teams.
  • Operational Excellence & Scale

  • Establish internal business processes, SOPs, reporting mechanisms and dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment between Sales, Product, Tech, and Customer Success functions.
  • Build org hiring plans and talent development frameworks.
  • Founder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder to drive mission alignment, cultural continuity, and decision-making.
  • Act as chief executor of business vision enabling the CEO to focus on long-term innovation and relationships.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 15+ years of experience across Business Strategy, P&L Ownership, Sales Leadership, or Operations in SaaS / Enterprise / Tech / Product organizations.
  • Prior experience as a Founder / Co-Founder / Early Business Leader in a startup is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to scale business from early-stage to growth stage.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise or large account selling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • High ownership, adaptable mindset, and entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude.
