Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager – International Business (Europe, Australia & NZ)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive international business across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. This role combines business development, licensing, and account management, with complete ownership of partnerships and market expansion. The candidate will be the single point of contact for assigned territories, managing everything from deal closure to supply chain coordination and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development : Identify, negotiate, and close out-licensing opportunities for the company’s portfolio in regulated markets.
Client & Partner Management : Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Contracts & Negotiations : Draft, review, and finalize commercial licensing agreements.
Portfolio & Market Strategy : Recommend suitable products for Europe / Australia / NZ and track regulatory progress.
Operational Coordination : Oversee supply chain, resolve partner issues, and ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
End-to-End Ownership : Manage the full business cycle – order generation, product supply, and payment follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 5–10 years in International Business / Licensing / BD within the pharmaceutical industry.
Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of EU regulatory frameworks (EMA guidelines, dossier filing, GMP, product approvals).
Exposure : Prior hands-on experience in out-licensing, not just exports.
Skills : Proven track record in contract negotiation, partner management, and commercial strategy.
