Prior experience and proven expertise recruiting for various departments (Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, Practice, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Operations roles)

5+ years of strong proven recruitment background.

5+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.

5+ Talent Sourcing, Acquisition & Management background.

5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding)

5+ years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation.

End to End Recruiting life cycle experience.

Experience working with ATS.

LinkedIn and Job Board experience.

Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings.

Excellent Communication Skills

Great personality

Good attitude

Highly motivated.

Technology Understanding is a huge plus.
