Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for digital marketing positions including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and finalizing offers. Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Digital Marketing Talent Focus : Specialize in hiring for digital marketing roles such as performance marketers, content strategists, social media managers, SEO / SEM specialists, PPC experts, and other marketing professionals with a digital focus.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development : Use innovative sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for digital marketing roles.
- Screening & Interviews : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, cultural fit, and expertise in digital marketing. Ensure a seamless interview process and manage candidate experience throughout.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ensure alignment on expectations and hiring timelines.
- Pressure Management : Effectively manage recruitment efforts under tight deadlines and handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Night Shift Flexibility : Work in night shifts to align with global hiring needs, manage international candidates, and meet urgent staffing demands as required.
- Candidate Experience : Maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the process, providing timely updates, feedback, and ensuring a positive experience, even under tight timelines.
- Market Insights : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing skill demands, and new recruitment strategies to ensure we are attracting the best talent in the We Are Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for digital marketing roles (performance marketing, SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media, etc.).
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring digital marketing professionals for fast-paced environments.
- Pressure Handling : Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple roles, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks in a high-demand environment.
- Flexible Availability : Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate global candidate sourcing and urgent hiring needs.
- Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy : Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to evaluate candidates' qualifications, ensuring a high level of quality in hires.
- Global Recruiting Experience : Experience in hiring for global teams or managing international talent acquisition efforts is a plus.
