Role Overview

As a

Talent Acquisition Associate , you’ll work closely with the founders and team to learn and contribute across the recruitment process. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to technical hiring, global markets, and new tools like LLMs.

Your day-to-day will involve :

Supporting searches for technical roles in India and abroad

Learning how to turn role requirements into clear candidate profiles

Using AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and documentation

Coordinating interviews, capturing feedback, and keeping candidates engaged

Helping maintain organized trackers, notes, and pipelines

Building relationships with candidates based on trust and transparency

Who You Are

Technical foundation :

You hold a

degree in Computer Engineering or IT Engineering

and are comfortable reading technical resumes and discussions.

Curious and eager to learn :

You want to understand both tech and hiring, and are open to experimenting with new tools.

AI-literate (or excited to be) :

You’ve used LLMs or are interested in how they can make work faster and smarter.

Organized operator :

You can keep notes clean, trackers updated, and tasks moving.

Good communicator :

You write clearly, speak with confidence, and know how to listen.

Trustworthy :

You value confidentiality and building genuine relationships.
