Associate Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition (IT)

Job Responsibilities :
- Primary Responsibility : Lead and drive end-to-end hiring for Technology / IT (Java, .NET, AI / ML, DevOps, Python, UI / UX, Intune, IT Infrastructure, Infosec, GRC)
- Additional Responsibility : Serve as Pune location SPOC for select generalist deliverables such as audits, engagement activities, and compliance support.
- Own and manage a team of recruiters with a results-driven approach.
- Build and manage recruitment funnels, dashboards, reports, hiring analytics, SOPs etc.
- Handle volume and niche hiring with equal agility.
- Use ATS, sourcing tools, AI platforms, LinkedIn, and Naukri effectively.
- Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to align hiring with business needs.
- Drive consultative hiring with a sales-oriented mindset – pitch roles, align value, and close talent quickly to avoid drop-offs.
- Drive campaigns that enhance brand recall and candidate engagement.
- Show strong business acumen and understand the impact of hiring outcomes on delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of background checks, documentation, and pre-joining processes.
