Job Title : Territory Sales Manager - TOC & Biopharma

Location : Hyderabad

The Territory Sales Manager - TOC & Biopharma role is -

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies : Identify potential customers and market opportunities, develop sales plans, and set targets to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Generating leads and prospecting : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels, and convert them into sales opportunities for TOC and PCC products and also covering BioPharma customers in the region.
  • Negotiating and closing deals : Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Sales reporting and analysis : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Masters in Life Sciences with 5-6years' experience in healthcare or life sciences, pharma / Industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with English as a language are must.
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
